Does everything we need it to do
“After we acquired our own hangar, we were looking for ground handling equipment, and I was told to look at AeroTow. I wanted something reasonably priced that worked well, so that’s why I got the T2. I’ve used several different brands of ground handling setups like the T2, and this one does everything we need it to do.
I don’t have any complaints about this at all really, but at one point we did have an issue where it wouldn’t move very fast. I called up the salesperson, and she had me tell customer service what was going on, and they called me right back and offered to send out a new part. After we put it in, it solved our problem. The customer service and the support on that was excellent. I do wish this model had a setup so we didn’t have to use the winch on it.

A great machine

David and Goliath
“I own an AeroTow T1. My friend, also a Husky pilot, owns a Best Tug. I borrowed his just to compare the two, thinking I might want to upgrade. My little yellow tug so outclasses his Best Tug. On wet pavement, the Best Tug’s wheels slip and slide no matter how much down pressure I added, while my AeroTow, with just a bit of down pressure and the larger wheels, pulls my fully fueled Husky up and in effortlessly.
