Does everything we need it to do
“After we acquired our own hangar, we were looking for ground handling equipment, and I was told to look at AeroTow. I wanted something reasonably priced that worked well, so that’s why I got the T2. I’ve used several different brands of ground handling setups like the T2, and this one does everything we need it to do.
I don’t have any complaints about this at all really, but at one point we did have an issue where it wouldn’t move very fast. I called up the sales girl, and she had me tell customer service what was going on, and the guy called me right back and offered to send out a new part. After we put it in, it solved our problem. The customer service and the support on that was excellent. I do wish this model had a setup so we didn’t have to use the winch on it.

Works great, had trouble with tires skidding
“My T1 unit works great! I got it back in June, and I was having trouble with the tires skidding on the epoxy floor of the hangar. However, I recently talked to the customer service team, and they recommended raising the fork assembly and lowering the handle angle. Right away, I could tell the difference. No more skidding… no kidding!
Other than that, this has been a perfect unit. I like that it’s very portable. It fits great in the baggage compartment of my Piper Archer. The customer service has been outstanding. When I bought the T1, I flew out to the Harry Browne Airport in Saginaw to pick it up, and they brought it right to me, fully assembled. I loved that they came out to meet me. Easy to move
“This is an awesome tug. It’s easy to move and love the built-in battery tender. The only complaint is the twist opening/closing mechanism for the fork. It is really hard to turn to get fully opened to fit the aircraft. Either it needs a larger handle to turn or another quick opening/closing mechanism.
